What is the difference between Normal & Express Checkout?
With Normal Checkout you have to register with nyfast.com this takes a little longer but all your details will be stored for future purchases.
With Express Checkout all you have to do is select what you wish to purchase and then fill in the fewest amount of necessary details before going straight to the secure Cardsave payment page. This will save you time but no details will be stored for future purchases. We appreciate that your time is valuable and need the goods asap and without hassle.
Can you ship my parts anywhere in the world?
Yes. We specialise in sending parts not just to the UK but anywhere in the World. We use many of the World's most popular carriers to ensure your delivery arrives where you want it and when you want it.
How much will it cost to ship my goods?
For purchases OVER £60.00 + VAT next day carriage is free of charge to “mainland” UK.
This does NOT include Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle Of Man, Isle of Wight, Scottish Highlands, Islands and the Scilly Isles.

We use carriers instead of Royal Mail because we need to offer a more secure and signed for service. Your parcel contains your receipt and credit information as well as your items. We want everything to arrive safe and sound, intact and on time. We have chosen our carriers to maximise these needs and to ensure that our valued customer gets what they want when they want it. We do sometimes use a signed for Royal Mail service for certain deliveries at our discretion.

For Europe the price is £28.95 for the first kg – please contact for larger freight.
For rest of world the price is £42.50 for the first kg – please contact for larger freight.
What is your lead time for parts?
Generally we always try to better the standard market lead times as we hold a lot of stock, however, we import on a monthly basis; every first working day of the month shipments from China and the USA leave and arrive with us 5 days later by air. This helps reduce the freight bills and enables us to pass on the savings on to you. If for example you make a purchase on the 25th of the month, your goods would be approx 8 working days later.
Do different products have different lead times?
Yes. Cable ties and accessories are held in stock and shipped on a next day or 1 day service, as are some of the cable clips and threaded fasteners, washers and spacers.
Out of stock threaded fasteners, spacers & washers are normally shipped on a 10 day basis dependent on availabilty but can be up to 28 days.
PCB fasteners and rivets are shipped on a start of the month basis.
Bumpers and rebar fasteners are shipped on a 15 day basis.
If you need it fast just ask.
We specialise in emergency shipments and can get goods in from China or the USA in around 3 days, if required.
I need my goods faster. How can you help?
All you have to do is phone or email us and we will bend over backwards to sort it out for you. We have the largest stock levels of cable ties, threaded fasteners, washers and spacers available in the UK and probably Europe. We ship goods all over the world and can get goods in from China and the USA in 2-3 days, if required.
How can I pay for my order?
We accept most major credit cards even Paypal and we also accept payment by bank transfer, or Sterling cheque/draft.
Are my details safe when shopping on your site?
The Nyfast web site and any transactions on the web site are protected by secure 3D credit card processing.
When ordering, we will ask you to enter your customer details (address, email etc) as part of the ordering process. These details are encrypted using a SSL secure server before sending and are only ever stored in this encrypted format.
You will then proceed to the Cardsave secure payment system.
We do not and will not, under any circumstances, store our customers credit card details online. At Nyfast.com our customers security is paramount.
We use the Cardsave payment system because it is PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) compliant which is the world-wide benchmark mandated by all the major credit card companies for the protection of cardholder identity and transaction information. Cardsave is audited by Trustwave to the above standard.
What if I need to return something?
Please contact us, we operate a 14 day returns policy, in the unlikely event of part failure, on all stock items. Items which have been specially made for you cannot be cancelled or returned for credit. All goods are to be returned in the condition supplied and in their original packaging. Handling charges may apply – our Customer Services department will advise you of this information. Alternatively, please call us on 01256 533088 and we will be happy to help you.
